Essential Cycling:
Enjoying the Pure and Uncomplicated Joy of
Biking

The Road I’ve Traveled: My Cycling Journey
Like many children, I was taught how to ride a bike from a young age, but what started as a fun childhood activity quickly turned into a lifelong passion. As I grew older, I realized how much joy and freedom I experienced while biking. Despite having a packed schedule throughout my teenage and adult years, I always made it a priority to carve out time for cycling. It became my ultimate stress reliever—a way to clear my mind, reconnect with myself and enjoy the outdoors.
This Year’s Cycling Milestone: A Ride to Remember
This year, I reached a personal milestone by biking nearly 375 miles over the summer, breaking my previous record. Each ride feels like an accomplishment and gives me a sense of balance that carries over into other areas of my life. Whether it’s work or personal commitments, cycling keeps me grounded and energized, fueling my creativity and enthusiasm in everything I do.

SIXTHREE ZERO BIKE
My trusty companion on these adventures is my sixthreezero Explore Your Range Women's 7-Speed Commuter Hybrid Bike. I've had it for almost six years and logged hundreds of miles. Despite the wear and tear, it performs beautifully, a testament to its reliability and the countless memories we've made together on the road. Along with my bike i also have two baskets from the Nantucket Bike Baskets
